Access to the building for tenants is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by the use of a swipe tag system. You are provided with one swipe tag when you become a tenant. Extra Swipe tags are available. The front door to the building is unlocked between 7:30am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. All other times, access is by the swipe tag.

Unfortunatly we do not supply the telephone.

Yes, business rates are included in your monthly rent.

The majority of our offices are unfurnished, however we do have a couple of small offices fully furnished. Please contact us for availability.

At Grove Business Centre, our licence agreements are 'easy in, easy out'. We require one month written notice of your intention to vacate the office unit.

Included in the monthly rent is business rates, electricity, heating, carpets and blinds.
