One off Start up Costs:
Unit Deposit - dependant on the size of the unit required starting from £54 per week. (returnable dependant on the condition of the unit at the end of the term)
Alarm Installation - Annual payment starting from £65 plus VAT.
Optional Start up Costs:
Telephone Deposit - £50 per telephone line required. (returnable at the end of the term)
Telephone Connection - £30 plus VAT per telephone line.
Broadband Connection - £30 plus VAT.
Monthy Costs:
Licence Fee - dependant on the size of unit required starting from £54 per week.
Optional Monthly Cost:
Telephone line - £15 plus VAT per telephone line required. All our telephone lines are on the NTL centrex system only.
Telephone calls - The cost of the calls made on the allocated telephone number.
Broadband Rental - £35 plus VAT. There is a 2mg leased line which is dedicated solely to the Business Centre.
Photocopying - £0.05 per Black & White copy page, £0.14 per Colour copy page. Personal codes are allocated which are used to determine the number of copies made. Our Colour Photocopier can also be networked to your computer if you wish.
